Delilah is a Black Dragonborn woman who resides in Neverwinter as of 802 Ag.

She and her husband Leo’kan seem to have some history with Illsaiim Aasthmir and recognised the name Leodel when asked about it by Mike Hawk.

She was seen being thrown out of a glass window on the bottom floor of Casino Cillian by The Bussy Knights.

Relevance

Delilah and her husband Leo’kan were citizens of Neverwinter during the Pre-Ruining era. They met as members of a group called The Whisperers who originally were associated with criminal intentions to smuggle people in and out of the city.

Delilah and Leo’kan were caught the same day her father was killed in a deal gone wrong. She was presented before King Soren I and Prince Dante. The Prince took pity on the pair of them and pardoned them; initially to the ire of his father, before encouraging them to work for their family and help get those the Royal Family couldn’t help away from harm with their smuggling skills. The Whisperers were restructured and the two Dragonborn’s were officially married by the Crown. Delilah fell pregnant shortly after.

Months later; Delilah was finishing up a job before she felt tremors shaking the entirety of The Column. She feared for the worst and bolted back to Leo’kan before the two continued onto Castle Neverwinter via secret passageways they had become privy to.

Delilah hadn’t even made it to the surface before she saw Quinton Alagondar and an unfamiliar Shadar-Kai male. Delilah didn’t see the damage that The Ruining caused for another few hours as they smuggled the now-King Quinton I out of their city.

Delilah and Leo’kan returned to Neverwinter for a few more months; helping people leave the city where they could under the eye of Dagult until Delilah gave birth to a baby boy after which they had to flee rapidly and left the boy with Quinton who had since started up the Lost Cub Orphanage on the outskirts of the city nested in a clearing in the woods. They joined parts of their names to call him Leodel so that he always had a part of them with him.

Delilah and Leo’kan headed South-West towards Hockton where they laid low until hearing word of Dagult’s death in 802 Ag. During this time; Delilah became quite faithful to Arcolla who in return gave her faith that her Son was safe.

The Whisperers have made a re-appearance helping people escape the fray as a power struggle for Neverwinter takes place.
