Ezzon does not prescribe to The Brightmother or her brothers and their successive Gods, they follow a separate pantheon that they refer to as The Old Gods that they claim was invaded by the current reigning pantheon under the false pretence of The Natural Darkness.

The Old Gods are a very real thing and were intentionally left out of the history books by the youngest of The Telltale Brothers; Zatoran, based on his personal bias as nothing more than a footnote in history.

The Old Gods’s powers were severely limited by the Splinter World settling on Mor’Thal and the influence of the Violet Horde snuffed out most Mortal life on the planet.
