The Violet Horde are an extra-universal presence. They feast on the energy between universes and act as a safeguard when universes collide. An event known only as The Fracture led to their first entry into the Prime Material Plane on Mor’Thal.

Shin is the human emissary of the Violet Horde and is working in secret to release them into this world after Mura unknowingly sealed the cracks through which the Violet Horde entered through.
