What is the summary of the events of this plot point?
Oskar Kryme wishes to control the city of Neverwinter after the sudden death of Dagult Neverember left a power vacuum behind.
The Alagondar Trust were able to resist his initial pushes for power due to a lack of resources in Oskar Kryme’s gang- however the lack of Dagult’s influence has allowed Oskar to import weapons from Vaa’ruul and seize control of Casino Cillian and most of The Column.
Unbeknownst to everyone but Samira and Brick Farrow; Oskar has infiltrated the Alagondar Trust as a human male called Darren Brigg.
What is the narrative focus of this plot point?

The Alagondar Trust managed to resist the first attack by the Krymetime Krew on Castle Neverwinter but had to withdraw from Casino Cillian to do so. There are guards from both the Alagondar Trust and Wolf-Pelt Watchtower defending the entrances to Castle Neverwinter including those known via The Column.

Weapon Shipments
Section titled Weapon ShipmentsThe Alagondar Trust managed to disrupt a shipment of weapons for the Krymetime Krew and delayed their assault - however, Vaa’ruul had sent a duplicate shipment a day behind as part of an insurance agreement between them and Oskar.
This delayed shipment arrived in the night on the 29th of Sapphirus, 802 Ag.

Section titled Assassination of Rowland CillianOskar has a personal vendetta against Rowland Cillian as the Water Genasi male denied to help Oskar before his first attempt at a takeover in 799 Ag - and since that day, he has sought to embarrass Rowland Cillian.
Oskar has managed to critically strike both Lavendra and Rowland following the defeat of Samira and Brick at the hands of The Bussy Knights.
He’s now primed to overtake the entire city if he can best The Bussy Knights.
Supernatural Assistance
Section titled Supernatural AssistanceThe Grinch has been spending a lot of time around Neverwinter lately due to a deal that Oskar struck with him. Oskar wants control of Neverwinter and The Grinch wants Fill.
If The Bussy Knights are weakened after a fight with Oskar - The Grinch might restore him and empower him with divine energy in a last ditch effort to seize control of Fill.
