Review

The party began to plan how to rescue Leodel after finding evidence of Dagult’s criminal activities.
Uganda Pickles suddenly disappeared after leaving Dagult’s
Leodel was tortured by Lamoira and Dagult for many hours.
The party barely escaped a fatal encounter with Trick Price; one of Dagult’s personal guards.
Erolith found the party and informed them of the dire situation in Amylthas with the loss of the Prince; admitting that eyes had been kept on him the entire time he was in the city.
The party were told to settle down and rest while Erolith attempted to clear their name.
Leodel awoke to an empty room; still hanging by the same chains he was tortured in, before being rescued by Andel Yon in disguise.
Placing their trust in Erolith panned out as they were later escorted to Gala Tirion; the main island of Amylthas, for an audience with Queen Cucumber Pickles.

Bridge

The Queen brings the party together for an audience.
She first congratulates them on their discovery of Dagult’s criminal activities; although acknowledging the fact they enacted this plan outside the law themselves.
The Queen then asks Kellam Oladi to brief the party on the current situation.
Oladi outlines that; while they were resting, many members of the royal guard were slain by Dagult’s bodyguards, however, they have managed to force Dagult on the run.
Unfortunately, they received intel about an hour ago that Dagult has captured both Halia Thorton and Uganda Pickles as captives.
Oladi says the royal guard are too stretched thin with the disruption in the city; preventing mass riots that could give Dagult cause to break his tentative hostage arrangement.
The Queen implores the party to parlay with Dagult so that Uganda is safe; and only then to bring him to justice.

Forwards

Where is Dagult?

Erolith and his team have narrowed down the possible locations of Dagult to 4 places. The party will need to use describe how they’re using their skills to earn 4 successes before 2 failures.

On a overall failure; a d100 is rolled and their a 33% chance that Halia is fatally wounded as a threat by Dagult. Dagult will threaten the party by putting the same knife to Uganda’s throat and goading them to ‘find him quickly’

On an overall success; the party identify the exact location that Dagult is hiding out in and can plan accordingly.

What does Dagult want?

Dagult is mostly looking to get out of Amylthas alive and without his reputation besmirched.

He is also looking to leverage this position to get knowledge about the location of Thin Heir; having given up on Ember’s Rule locating it for the time being.

Saving Uganda Pickles

The party will need to act quickly but carefully. Dagult will not kill Uganda until he believes no other option will save him.

If the party rush in too hastily and without caution; Dagult (or Lamoira) will attack Uganda for fatal damage (death saving throws)

Distracting Dagult or making a deal with him are potential options to get Uganda to safety.

If it comes to blows

The party will fall into a combat encounter with Lamoira and Dagult simultaneously.

The election continues…

The election will not occur.

Vok and Loogan are both uninterested in winning after the events that have occurred; both scared for their lives.
Andel Yon will reveal himself as the musician Ander Praze in disguise and recuse himself from contention.
Halia Thorton; if not killed by Dagult before the parties arrival, will be killed by Lamoira as a show of force and Dagult’s power of persuasion.
